Aria Resort And Casino Reviews

Aria is CityCenter's only casino hotel, positioned almost right in the middle of the Strip.

It's a short walk outside to Las Vegas Boulevard or next door to high-end Crystals shopping mall. A free tram connects Aria with the Bellagio casino resort heading north and the Monte Carlo casino hotel to the south, which will save you time.

Colourfully lit fountains spritz outside the hotel lobby, while inside Maya Lin's shiny "Silver River" sculpture dangles over the reception desk. Throughout the hotel's public spaces, the lofty ceilings, surprisingly angled and curved walls, and glittering metallic accents enhance the arty look. Concierge services are top notch. The Asian-inspired hotel spa has a stellar reputation and some unusual treatment offerings, like Japanese stone sauna beds and deep tissue Thai massage.

There's a fitness centre, as well as three ellipse-shaped outdoor pools open during the warmer months. For after-dark entertainment, look for new Jewel nightclub, opening in spring Even the standard guest rooms are bigger than you might expect. Cushy in-room amenities include triple-sheeted bedding, a high-tech workstation, and a marble bathroom that has a separate shower and soaking tub.

For all-out luxury, book a one-bedroom penthouse Sky Suite. Note that all of Aria's 4, rooms and suites are non-smoking. With its casino and bevy of star chef's restaurants, Aria offers almost too many dining options. In the morning, grab coffee and decadent pastries from Jean Philippe Patisserie. Your password must be at least 8 characters long. The floor-to-ceiling curtains slide open along their track, revealing a view of the Vdara Hotel and the desert beyond -- an impressive, dramatic touch that shows that Aria is here to do things bigger and better.

And bigger is right: Standard rooms here are square feet, which is big even by Vegas standards. The decor is simple and modern, the beds are supremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are large and inviting. And this hotel is not messing around with technology: The whole room is wired through a Control 4 system, which allows you to control everything through one touchscreen panel at your bedside. Nothing particularly family-friendly, though large rooms are a plus.

Standard rooms are square feet and can come with two queen beds, so there's plenty of room to spread out. The hotel, like most big hotels in Las Vegas, attracts a mixed crowd, everyone from young party-goers to families with tots. Sixteen restaurants plus the buffet , though not many options for on-the-go food or a quick bite. Like its fellow megaresorts, Aria offers a range of restaurants across different cuisines and prices. The hotel has nine high-end dining options, including the modern American restaurant Sage by award-winning chef Shawn McClain, and Bar Masa and its restaurant-within-a-restaurant Tetsu , which offers Japanese fare by Masa Takayama, whose New York restaurant Masa earned three Michelin stars in These are located in the lobby, while upstairs is the hotel's handsome trio of Jean Georges Steakhouse , American Fish , and Sirio Ristorante.

Although a few restaurants have lackluster pre-made sandwiches and salads, there aren't too many options for a bite on the go. Jean Philippe Patisserie was the only appetizing option and appetizing it was! Be prepared to wait in line for breakfast at The Buffet and Cafe Vetro as well. I loved it and would strongly recommend it.

I think the valet parking charge is a bit expensive. The touch panel by the bedside for everything was very convenient and easy to use. It is on our account for days so that kind of sucks. Long walk to elevators and room but I think that is with all the hotels in Vegas.

Everything we needed, pool, cocktails, restaurants and room service. Large room and comfy bed. LOVED the floor to celling windows and view of the strip. The picture would go out but had sound. Red velvet pancakes were amazing!!! Lift was under repair. She was very unfriendly.

TV console is advanced. You should have been able to store your own drinks in there too. Plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. Lovely and modern really impressed with it. I liked you could upgrade your sunloungers and go in the Sky pool section too. The rooms were excellent You need to cross the street to find a larger variety including cheaper eating places.

Its inside the block, so you need to walk quite some inside the hotel and shopping complex to reach the street. Its somewhere in the center of the Strip, so can walk both directions and see the other resorts aswell.

One of the pool staff not helpful either on last day. Also had a dreadful room service experience, waited 1. Nice views from spacious room. The bed and pillow were the best ever. The check in staff to housekeeping were so friendly and made you so welcome.

It was the best place I have ever stayed. I saw a few women treating the spa staff poorly. Had room service deliver breakfast and it came with a very fancy set up. Everyone who worked there was so friendly. We did a spa day and it was such a relaxing space to be in. We ate at Carbone and the buffet. Our last day in Vegas, we had a late flight out and it was no issue for them to add late check out for us.

Well definitely be staying here again. I suggest booking a pool bed. The room was not the largest we've stayed in, but it was very modern, clean and well-equipped but the hotel itself is lovely. The pool areas are large and get plenty of sun and the location on the strip is our favourite.

It should be selective to not use a Fitness centre , pool No use of the fridge, definitely a negative. Had a nice view from the 16th. Check in staff very helpful and patient. There was an old sandwich in the mini bar when we checked in. Awesome pool and gym. This is a convenience that every hotel should provide for their guests. The restaurants were also amazing! The short ribs at Sage were perfect! Welcome to the Aria! The cost of the room through booking. The cabana at the pool, although ridiculously expensive was the highlight of having to stay in this hotel.

The room attendants were delightful and the dining room staff exceptionally hard wd working. Staff member checking if people accessing the elevators were guests - give a feeling of security. We were going to go exploring but saw the reports on the TV before heading out. Completely unrelated to Aria, but it put a damper on our trip. Aria treated us very well that night and the following morning. Loved the tap entry on the keys. Don't know if the hotel did this, but local news was our "home channel" when the attacks at Mandalay bay occurred.

If this wasn't shown to us before we left our room to explore, we could have been in danger or witnessed truly traumatizing visuals. We are very thankful that the TV had this channel and our room had a good view of the strip that we could tell was closed down.

Very sad and terrifying. Bed looked sloppy upon arrival. Unsure if the carpet was well vacuumed. Seemed to be the same every day, not what you need after a long flight.

There also needed to have more waitresses serving drinks. But it is Vegas. Pool was clean and well presented. We had the buffet one morning and plenty of options. Excellent variety of restaurants, friendly staff. The patisserie and bar are both very nice but too close to the casino. The food at the buffet also got cold quickly. Rooms are gorgeously appointed and the technology for the rooms is a bonus. I love the color scheme of the rooms. The bathroom is fabulous and the beds were wonderfully comfy.

Upon getting blinded I do not feel as though the staff knew how to treat or handle the situation. Very little was done to provide for my comfort and the hotel provided no assistance in getting me to the emergency room other than offering to call a taxi or an ambulance at my expense. I spent a lot of money to get here and for the hotel and was unable to enjoy any of it. Also found pool service to be the only thing I could comment that needs improvement. Well priced and great facilities and luxuries offered.

Really ruined my mood playing poker machines whilst having dirty smoke blown in my face! I think they just forget. However the room was fantastic and clean, the food outlets amazing.

All decked out for Christmas and worth every dollar. The pool is even open and on a 63 degree day plenty of people soaking Dear Guest, Thank you for the wonderful review.

I am elated that you were captivated by our holiday decor, gourmet meal offerings, and spectacular view from your guestroom. I've stayed here twice. Once right after they opened in February and once earlier this year in January Dear Christine, I am thrilled to hear that you loved your return visit to our resort. It is gratifying to know that the contemporary surroundings and plush bedding in your guestroom thoroughly impressed you. Additionally, I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the delectable I had a deluxe king room with a view of the Strip.

Wonderful room, amazing view and fantastic friendly service, The restaurants at the location were all very good, and a short walk down the strip to see shows at nearby casinos. I am delighted to know that our elegant guestroom accommodations, spectacular view, and gourmet cuisines created favorable perceptions for you.

We work hard to exceed our I had a great stay at the Aria. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The room is modernized to where an iPad controls the curtains to the lights and is very convenient. The hotel is very large, as most Vegas hotels are.

Dear Guest, I appreciate you sharing your genuine feedback on TripAdvisor. Lowest prices for your stay. These are extremely unfriendly and rude people. May be MGM thinks they are too big to fail. Our adult kids on the 22nd floor had slippers and turndown service, nice touch, maybe did not apply to our third floor room. Very nice facility overall, highly recommended. I called them to help me send somoene to help ne with my luggages for check out but no one arrived. I checked-out via online check-out but was shocked upon seeing my bill and called them to send me a copy of my bill thru email and told me they will send it but until now I never received the bill.

We were changed three times. This was due to the uncleanliness of the room and broken items the curtains were falling off the rail. This was all somewhat rectified by the hotel staff with an upgrade. The WiFi was sub standard and the tv had numerous signal problems.

There were no parts that stood out. Most of the things were expected from a 5 star hotel. Will seek out alternative accommodations on my next trip. Open mouthed at automatic curtain opening. Deep bath great shower. Fabulous pool area plenty of loungers. Wish it was clearer when I booked it. I tried calling 3 times before the trip. At checkin they could not give us adjoining rooms or rooms even located close to one another.

So, we got rooms 20 floors apart. They said we could try again and the success rate should be high given that we were already onsite. We tried again 2 more times, and they could not help us. They gave us a free brunch to compensate, but that didn't make up for the fact that they couldn't fix what we lost in not having our rooms close by Bald headed white person with a suit Pool was very nice; however, a little crowded with access to one pool.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. Very safe hotel and surrounding area. You just have to see it for yourself We stayed in the Tower Suites and they are perfect The staff there are extremely kind and friendly and very helpful The Starbucks on the promenade did not accept rewards, incredibly inconvenient and stopped my from making any further purchases at that location.

Hate smoke in the casino -- people are rude and blow it in your face. The room was comfortable. Location is in the centre of the strip. Aisle of the walkway had smoke smell during certain times of th day.

Ridiculous minibar with over-the-top prices. No tea, coffee in room. I expected way more for 5 star place with expensive nights. Well organized hotel and casino. Perfect location in the Strip. Nice pool area, open also in November. The desk officer was irreductible, despite the high amount I had spent in that hotel, where I will never come back nor recommend to anybody. The room was modern, elegant and clean and you could run everything from the tv to the lights, curtains and temprature from an I-pad.

Staff was great and the housekeeping staff were trained to interact with the guests. It's as good as the Wynn or the other top shelf vegas hotels. Lobby bar was nice, good bartenders. So anytrip to a store is taking a while since you have to walk to a pedestrian bridge close by.

You can feel it in every interaction with the staff. There is no coffee maker in the room even in motel 6 you have those. We were waken up at 6am by the fire detector that started beeping for low battery. When I complained at the front desk I was told they can't proactively changed all batteries At the front desk I was told they were short of rooms so checking people were there or not.

Hum, I paid for 3PM, I intend to use every minute of it. There are no changing rooms at the pool so you have to use the toilets.

There is no family room either, there is just a changing table inside one of the handicap toilets. It's not written anywhere and the staff mostly years old around the pool had no clue. We wanted to uber to the airport. You have to call a bell man that of course you have to tip.

He does not bring the bags to the uber pick up north entrance but to the south entrance. From there you have to ask for another bell man to carry your bag across the hotel The front staff did not really care about my complains and said they was nothing they could do.

Definitely a place I do not recommend going. A definite pattern emerging, hotels give poor rooms to booking. Not very clean in the room. No water in the room. Hi Tech room that can be controlled form the tablet next to your bed light, tv, blackout Very clean and spacious.

I loved it and would strongly recommend it. I think the valet parking charge is a bit expensive. The touch panel by the bedside for everything was very convenient and easy to use. I called the house keeping to bring an extra blanket and pillow for my son at 10pm ,but no one came so I called them again at What a terrible experience! Especially the location is great! Just right next to the shop at crystal where has lots of luxury stores. The location is a bit far back from the strip so walks are a little long. The rooms are nice and clean with good convenient amenities. The location is good for exploring the strip. There are a ton of dining and drink options nearby too.

It was like being in a spaceship. I had lunch at Javiers one afternoon. Food was great and the service was what I would have expected. I also like the layout of the sports book. Five-0 next door to the sports book has some great pizza. They have nice fitness center that I used every morning. The fact your being charged. You need to have a refrigerator to keep your refreshments.

Fortunately, the accommodations and rest of experiences were fantastic. Shower knob have mineral deposits and leaking. Water pressure not enough, takes too long to shower. Toilet bowl little bit stained. Bathroom floors Not sparkling clean. Shower area needs more light. Found a bug on covers and report it. The wood base of the bed is dirty, seems like insect eggs, reported that too.

Needs at least 2 single living chairs but I guess no more room. Technology wise, the tablet was amazing as a remote control for lights, thermostat, television and services. Very nice room decor.

Comfortable beds and pillows and linens. Let me feel important. Knowledgeable too especially the woman cashier at the casino. The waiters and staff in the cafe, restaurants, gift shops and the guards are very courteous and helpful. Very good food and shopping. Then she slowly sauntered to her manager and I mean s l o w l y where they agreed to give us a credit on our bill.

We explained that we didn't know about it because we did mobile check in Beds are very comfortable and the food at Jean Phillipe for breakfast or evening snack is incredible.

Mobile check in was very fast and convenient. Be prepared to spend a lot of money of meals and services. The strip-view rooms are totally worth the extra cost. A very elegantly appointed property and very comfortable. Good restaurants and a high quality casino. Nice lounge areas with great service. The self check out facility is a joke which does not allow early check out even I have paid the full price for my booked period. I booked for 5 days and paid full upfront but have to catch an early flight out the night before but ended up with the long Q with people that wanted to check in.

To make things worse, we need to catch a 13 hours flight back to Seoul and another 6 hours flight to Singapore. Mentioned to the staff that guarding the Q on I may be late for the flight and whether I can just drop the key. The response of the lady is have to Q up and I can't do early check out using their web even I already being charged the full fares for my booking. She said I can wait till the next day, my actual check out day to log in their web page to check out.

Told her I am in the flight and she said I can do in the flight. Why would people in the earth to log in their webpage to check out while in the flight and there is time difference too.

I mentioned there may not be any internet access in the flight and the lady said she doesn't think there will be no internet access in the flight at this "modern age".

Ended up queuing for 30 minutes for this and interesting enough I just need to pass them the key and they print me a receipt. That it's, no need to sign anything at all. These are extremely unfriendly and rude people. May be MGM thinks they are too big to fail.
